Key Switches for Authorized Manual Control

Garrison key switches use a physical key to operate a connected control circuit. They provide a local interface where access to switching should be restricted to key holders. Choose the required contact action first, then check cylinder fit, wiring and the equipment being controlled.

Three LK-305 Configurations

LK-305A has an ON/OFF action, LK-305B is momentary, and LK-305C includes a doorbell push button. The family lists a stainless steel plate, LED display, tamper switch and compatibility with 19 mm diameter key cylinders. Its published key-switch contact rating is AC125V, 3A.

Use the Correct Control Interface

Confirm whether the connected device needs a maintained state or a brief pulse. Check contact ratings and any interface relay requirements rather than assuming the switch can directly handle a motor or other load. Cylinder dimensions and enclosure space also need to match the installation.

Specify the Required Assembly

Provide Garrison with the switching action, cylinder requirements, controlled circuit and mounting details. Include quantity and any OEM/ODM requirements for quotation review.
